3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license for players physically located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 30jl expressly excludes access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you have previously held an Account that was closed, suspended, or self-excluded, you must contact support before attempting to register a new Account.
3.4 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. 30jl is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by you.
3.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 30jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. You agree to provide such government-issued identification documents as 30jl may reasonably request (including but not limited to Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS, UMID, or PhilSys ID). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal privileges being withheld until verification is successfully completed.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 30jl will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You agree to notify 30jl immediately via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
4.3 30jl recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Where 2FA is enabled, each login from an unrecognized device will require an OTP delivered to your registered Philippine mobile number.
4.4 30jl employees will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
5.1 Deposits. All deposits to the Platform must be made using payment methods approved by 30jl, which include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or Maya typically credit to your Wallet within seconds. 30jl reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 30jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion fees incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
5.4 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. 30jl does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party payment account may be held pending investigation and may be subject to forfeiture.
5.5 Transaction Records. A complete record of your deposit and withdrawal history is available within your Account dashboard at any time. You should retain your own records for tax and personal finance purposes. 30jl does not provide tax advice.
6.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available by 30jl are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions. These specific terms are displayed in full on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms prior to claiming any bonus.
6.2 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real-money funds by completing the specified wagering requirement within the stated timeframe. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted period will result in forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds.
6.3 30jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, 30jl's determination shall be final.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using prohibited game strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed by 30jl to be exploitative — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.
7.1 All games offered on the 30jl Platform operate under individual game rules that are made available within the respective game interface. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the Platform are independently certified for fairness. Live dealer games use physical cards and certified equipment. 30jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 All Wagers are final once confirmed. 30jl will not void a Wager on the basis that you misunderstood the game rules or made an error in your selection, except in cases of a demonstrable technical malfunction attributable to the Platform.
7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, 30jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return all Wagers placed in that round to the respective Player Wallets. No winnings arising from a technically defective game round will be paid.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

10.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 30jl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 30jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, even if 30jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 30jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 30jl is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from internet service interruptions, telecommunications failures, or other events beyond 30jl's reasonable control.
11.1 30jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
11.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 30jl live chat support. Upon closure, any real-money Wallet balance (after deduction of outstanding pending wagers) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
11.3 Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 30jl. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms for matters within PAGCOR's regulatory remit.
30jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-Platform notification or email to the address on file (if provided). The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
